Moscow, [Russia] July 15 (ANI): In the 52nd minute of the FIFA World Cup 2018 final between France and Croatia, four people invaded the pitch, due to which the match had to be temporarily halted.
Germany's DW News posted pictures of the invasion in their official Twitter handle, in which they mentioned that Pussy Riot, a Russian feminist punk rock band, suddenly invaded the field.

The members of the band reportedly invaded the pitch as a mark of protest.
France were 2-1 when the invasion took place.
The game resumed shortly, and France took a 3-1 lead thanks to Paul Pogba's stroke. (ANI)
