Private dining spaces are a new hit amongst partygoers in Delhi-NCR

New Delhi [India], May 5 (ANI): With the Indian hospitality industry growing at a fast pace, the Delhi- NCR market has a decent share of expansive outlets that are mostly preferred by the partygoers as well as regular visitors.

New Delhi [India], May 5 (ANI): With the Indian hospitality industry growing at a fast pace, the Delhi- NCR market has a decent share of expansive outlets that are mostly preferred by the partygoers as well as regular visitors.

Restaurateurs, however, are focusing on providing a complete entertainment experience to the guests by offering private dining spaces.

Here are some of the outlets that are a hit with the partygoers:

Ministry of Beer

This outlet in Gurugram is spread over an area of 27,000 sq ft records an annual footfall of 8000 people. A bigger space has come helpful to provide a wholesome entertainment experience.

"Setting up the biggest brewery, we wanted to explore into multiple private dining spaces. This sets us apart from our competitors. With a huge we have been able to incorporate everything," said Director, Rishabh Raizada, Ministry of Beer

Time Machine

Time Traveller's pub in Noida, a sprawling area of 15,000 sq ft has 4 private dining spaces. The outlet records a monthly footfall of over 8000 people. Charu Vashisht Sahni, owner of the expansive outlet made a fierce move to open Time Machine, Noida's largest restro-pub as her debut venture thus revolutionizing the nascent hospitality market.

"The concept of spacious bars is relatively new to Noida. When I came up with the concept of Time Machine, I was certain that the restaurant should speak of grandeur, delectable food and quirky interiors. With a substantial area to experiment, it gives room to host more people and offer them different experiences," said owner Time Machine, Charu Vashisht Sahni.

On the other hand, restaurants such as Lord of the Drinks in Connaught Place and the Flying Saucer Cafe in Nehru Place are known for their spaciousness and large capacity seating.

These outlets are spread over an area of 8000 sq ft - 10,000 sq ft that provide the guests an experience of the most sought-after bands and artists performing at these restaurants with private dining spaces.

"Choosing a spacious area for a restaurant is a prerequisite as people like to enjoy expansive areas because there's room to casually relax, dance around and for big artist gigs to take place, therefore, providing the guests with a complete entertainment experience," said CEO & MD, First Fiddle Restaurants, Priyank Sukhija.

The concept of private dining spaces is gaining popularity not just in huge restaurants but also in smaller properties.

Similarly, Hyjack is a multistory restaurant amidst a residential colony in Safdarjung Enclave that has private dining spaces offering fine dining in one floor, casual dining in the other and an open terrace to choose from for private gatherings. (ANI)
