By Somdatta Saha New Delhi [India], June 28 (ANI): After an extended weekend, if you are still in that festive mood, then here's a solution for you. In an announcement that will delight biryani lovers in Delhi/NCR, Appu Ghar is set hosting a Biryani Festival from June 26 to June 30. The lavish buffet boasts of mouthwatering Hyderabadi, Awadhi, Kashmiri, and Chettinad biryani, along with mirchi ka salan, raita, and sharbat. The feast, prepared by Chef Kuldeep Jain, features a variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian biryanis. Kuldeep Jain, executive chef, Appu Ghar, commented, "Biryani is a dish that can be prepared in numerous ways with different combinations of spices, meat, vegetables, and rice, as can be attested by popular biryani variations like Hyderabadi, Awadhi, Kashmiri, and Chettinad. We are excited to present our guests with such diverse and innovative fare, and are confident that this will be a memorable and delightful experience for their senses."
