Indulge in Pan-Asian delight with Radisson Blu's 'House of Soy'
New Delhi [India], Apr 24 (ANI): A joyous whoop for youthful fun has just hit the foodies living in Faridabad as Radisson Blu has launched its Pan Asian Cuisine restaurant, 'House of Soy' to take one through the culinary sojourns of the region's most loved cuisines. Situated in the thriving industrial district just outside the capital city of New Delhi, Radisson Blu's House of Soy is a definite treat to the food lovers as the place serves delicacies from Pan-Asian countries, such as Thai, Chinese and Japanese, which is surely to get the long deprived Faridabad some serious and authentic food. The fine dining outlet is the idea of celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi, who is the master chef behind the exotic presentation and some superb innovative dishes that would no longer keep the Pan Asian foodies craving for real culinary dishes. A very unique, subtle and innovative concept, House of Soy is an open kitchen concept where one can see the kitchen staff churning out and creating dishes, which does not only ensure the best of flavor, but also showcase their talent for combining and balancing flavors. Items such as Crystal Vegetable Dumplings, Chilli Mushroom And Basil Dumplings, Spring Rolls In Sweet Chilli Thai Sauce, Veggies Covered In Sesame Seeds, Golden Fried Tofu, Vegetable Popiah are a must try if you are visiting the place for the first time. The Tom Kha Soup made with mild spaced coconut milk, chicken and other fresh ingredients is a favorite. Believing in the ideology that food is supposed to be completely edible, Executive Chef Avanish Jain's creation of the Sesame coated stuffed veggies on beautifully adorned sugarcane sticks is a perfect treat to the food lovers. To binge on main course, House of Soy offers dishes such as Mapo tofu, Wok fried noodles, Khao Niao ( chefs special sticky rice) and Chicken Kung Pao to name a few, which are ingredient driven and are sure to make you're your taste buds happy. The food delivery from the kitchen to the tables is quick, which is good. However, the portions in the platter are more than expected and tasted beyond expectations. In order to evaluate the place, undoubtedly the show stealers were the desserts. The place offers some wickedly addictive and out of the box desserts such as Jaggery Coconut Ice-cream, Mud Cake Pie and the Fried Ice-cream, which every foodie in Faridabad must opt for. House of Soy puts focus on dining, real hospitality and disciplined cooking and is sure to garner well-deserved popularity in Faridabad soon. Overall the place is convincing enough as it scored high on our expectations, and the bar of value for money. Place: House of Soy Timings: Today 7 PM to 11:30 PM Cost for two: Rs. 2600 (approx.) Address: Radisson Blu, Sector 20-B, NIT, Faridabad. (ANI)
