Food helps combat diabetes as rejuvenating medicine

New Delhi [India], Nov.15 (ANI): JAIVIC Bharat Cooperative Society, in its commitment toward promoting healthy and conscious lifestyle, organized a two-day conference recently at India International Centre, New Delhi with focus on combating diabetes in India. An initiative to bring together diverse groups of stakeholders to discuss, debate and recommend changes around lifestyle illness and gift healthy food habits to children on Children's Day to eradicate Diabetes. This two-day conference focused on understanding the disease in its complex sense and discussed preventive techniques and solutions. This could be achieved through policy development, awareness initiatives, innovation in technology and incorporation of traditional healthcare. The eminent personalities namely Justice M N Venkatachaliah (Former Chief Justice of India), Justice D.S Tewatia (Former Justice-Punjab, Haryana & Kolkata High Court), Dr. Karan Singh (Member of Parliament), Maharaja Raghuvir Singh (Sirohi State, Rajasthan) and several other invested professionals contributed their experiential and knowledge expertise in this mission of making a Diabetes Free India to our Future Generation.
