Taapsee Pannu inaugurates Skechers` in Gurugram

New Delhi [India], July 24 (ANI): Amidst much fanfare and glitz, the versatile Taapsee Pannu inaugurated the 90th Skechers store in Ambience Mall, Gurugram on Monday. Taapsee was in the city for the opening of Skechers new outlet. She sported a cool Go Run five shoes from Skechers and looked fit and flamboyant. Skechers is an American performance and lifestyle footwear brand, growing rapidly in India and has reached the 90th store mark within a short span of time. The design of the store is inspired from a warehouse theme. All finishes are rustic and exposed, thus enhancing the sporty zeal of the brand. Inside the store one will find all elements resonating energy and exuberance. The store with 1500 Sq ft of an area has metal fixtures and brick columns, representing vintage concept. The store will retail its wide range of footwear amongst its two-robust category- performance and lifestyle. "For me, fitness of mind and body is the key. I make sure I work out daily. Right now, I feel like a small girl in a candy shop as Skechers store has such great designs and color in footwear to choose. Besides they are technologically superior and offers the perfect grip and endurance required for the work out while making me look good," said Pannu while browsing through the collection at the newly opened store. Marvin Bernstein, Managing partner, SKECHERS SÀRL was present at the launch. Later, he was joined by Rahul Vira, CEO, Skechers South India Pvt Ltd who added, "At Skechers, we are constantly striving to innovate, be it through product design or technology.
