India Runway Week summer edition to hit the ramp from April 28
New Delhi [India], Apr 11 (ANI): India Runway Week (IRW) is back in the capital for the eighth time to provide a platform for new designers to showcase their talent from April 28. The three-day summer edition of the fashion gala will take place at Thyagraj Stadium in New Delhi. The fashion trade event takes place bi-annually in the capital to bring together young designers and buyers in one place. The trade event will be having two show areas, Main Show Area and Fashion Brooder Runway and will also have pop up shops of designers where buyers can interact directly with the designers. It will also have dedicated space named as 'Fashion Shuttle' for media, bloggers and local celebrities where they can try latest designs of designers and do a photo shoot or even can attend runway shows wearing those designs. Avinash Pathania, Founder, IFFD said "Fashion only goes in one direction - forward - and as an organizer and operator of India Runway Week, we are firm believer in thinking that way too, that's the reason every season you will find new initiatives at India Runway week, last season it was introduction of second runway area and in this season you will witness 'Fashion Shuttle'." Kiran Kheva, Fashion Director added, "IRW will have the best of everything that fashion has to offer from an experiential point of view, inclusive innovation and that will ensure that each guest witness fresh fashion."
