Chicken Chai Kebab: Heighten your senses with the perfect blend of spices with the Chicken Chai Kebab by French chef Gregory Bazire from Taj Mahal Tea House. Mix Chicken mince with aromatic spices like Garam Masala Powder, Green Chilly, Onion, Ginger, etc. Spruce up the dish by adding unique mix of local ingredients Spearmint Leaves, Grated Cheese, Pickled Tea Leaves and deep fry till golden brown. Malai Silken Tofu with Vegetables Stir Fry: Savor the best of both worlds with this Indian inspired Asian stir fry.
