AIFWAW17: Alia creates drama on runway on Day 3

New Delhi [India], Mar. 18 (ANI): From screen to the ramp- Alia Bhatt is indeed a perfect drama queen. The 'Highway' girl sashayed down the runway in a high-street Namrata Joshipura ensemble on the third day of Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn-Winter 2017. Speaking on the same, the 24-year-old star told media here, "We had to create a drama in the show. I think Namrata, Maybelline and I were all on the same pace on what we had to do. I had loads of fun. It's been a while since I walked the ramp like this." Matching her steps to the groovy beats on the New York-inspired show, Alia walked the ramp in a one-shoulder shimmery black jumpsuit. "I liked the whole vibe of the show. The music, the attitude and the whole subway thing they created on stage. It gave a character to the show," she said. Further speaking about the theme of her collection, Namrata told media, "It was Maybelline New York show, so New York was the theme. We went little high street this time. We had graffiti, we were inspired by the street." Adding, "There were lots of denims as we wanted to high street inspired collection. And ofcourse there were chiffons, jutes and satins."(ANI)
