London [U.K.], Mar. 12 (ANI): Iconic fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy passed away at the age of 91 on Saturday.

London [U.K.], Mar. 12 (ANI): Iconic fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy passed away at the age of 91 on Saturday.
The news was broken to the world by his family, who announced it today through a French news agency.
The French designer's career spanned over more than five decades and he subsequently found his eponymous luxury fashion house in 1952.

After 36 years of founding the label, Givenchy sold it to LVHM but still remained involved in the creative designing till his retirement in 1995.
His impressive clientele included members of British aristocracy, Audrey Hepburn, Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy among other noted dignitaries. (ANI)
