IMF Mountain Film Festival has arrived

New Delhi [India], Feb. 10 (ANI): Second edition of IMF Mountain Film Festival has come to Delhi.

The festival is featuring films based on various adventure disciplines such as mountaineering, bouldering, rock climbing, mountain biking, ice climbing, snowboarding, trekking, white water rafting, and kayaking.

Also, the festival is showcasing movies on climate change and mountain expeditions.

A total of 42 short adventure movies shot by amateur filmmakers will be screened at the festival. The average durations would be about 5-20 minutes each.

The festival has come up as a worthy platform for adventurists and amateur filmmakers to showcase their experiences and art at one destination while bringing the spirit of adventure to the core.

The films being showcased have been shot at various locations across India including Sikkim, Himachal, Garhwal, Kumaon, Ladakh, Gulmarg, Zanskar, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Kerala, and the Western Ghats.

IMF campus in New Delhi is organising the two-day event on February 10 and 11 at the campus itself. (ANI)
