London [U.K.], Feb. 20 (ANI): The secret to Meghan Markle's ever glowing skin has been revealed.

The soon-to-be royal bride, Markle revealed her breakfast diet in an exclusive interview to Glamour.

The 36-year-old American actress swore on manuka honey and bee pollen diet for breakfast that works wonders for her.

The gourmet food is a mono-floral honey produced from the nectar of the manuka tree, specifically in New Zealand. The delicacy is famed for its antioxidant content, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Markle pointed out that she has hers poured over a bowl of steel-cut oats along with a sliced banana every morning.

Coincidentally, the ingredients make up for contents of many luxury-skincare products. (ANI)
