Yoga guru Sunil Singh launches book combining numerology, yoga and healing

Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) [India], Mar.31 (ANI): Yoga Guru Suneel Singh's new book 'Ank, Rog and Yog' was launched today at Yogshala, Kavinagar, by Namo Gange Trust founder Acharya Jagdish. "The book is a combination of numerology, yoga and healing diseases. It is all about how to know and cure health problems with the help of numerology and yoga. Numerology helps to know about a person's physical and mental state. By which one can easily come to know what kind of diseases they are prone to. They can get rid of the sickness with certain yoga practicises. We all know practicing yoga is one of the best way to stay healthy. The book Ank, Rog and Yog will help one in doing so. This book is the first book of its own kind that includes numerology,yoga to cure disesases," said Singh. Acharya Jagdish said, "Health has always been an asset of human life. It has to be taken care of. Yoga is one of the best ways to keep you healthy mentally and physically. This book is going to be a big help for people to know about themselves, as it offers numerology and yoga both to cure disease." He wished Suneel Singh a great success. The book has been published by Ayur Yog Yatra. Mr. Atul Gangwar of Ayur Yog Yatra thanked Yoga Guru Suneel Singh and Acharya Jagdish for their cooperation in launching the book. He said, "Ayur Yog Yatra will continue working in the field of yoga. Very soon AYY will launch some yoga CDs. The company will always keep on promoting yoga by every means." Yoga guru Suneel Singh is rated as one of the top five yoga gurus of India and is a classic example of modernity and tradition. While at one time you catch him flexing his body with various types of yoga asanas, at some other time you can see the media-friendly yoga teacher sharing his knowledge on yoga and other topics with the media. Based in Delhi, Singh is a person who has perfectly integrated age old traditional forms of yoga with newer and other forms of exercise to suit the urban population. He has successfully conducted preventive health care workshops, focusing on fitness and health care solutions for ailments like obesity, diabetes, neck pain, arthritis, stress, insomnia, heart problems, mental tension and depression etc. He uses simple tools like numerlogy, sign, Hasya Yoga and Yog-Chi in order to treat them in a holistic way. He is also the author of the book "Yog se Arogya Tak". It was written in Hindi first and has since been translated into 12 different languages. (ANI)
