Mumbai (Maharasthra) [India], Mar. 9 (ANI): To mark the International Women's Day, handsome hunk John Abraham attended a beauty pageant for visually impaired girls here yesterday. The 'Dishoom' star, who was accompanied by Bhagyashree and ace director Subhash Ghai, congratulated the organizers, participants and thanked the audiences and media for being there. "Everyone was a winner for us. Like they always say beauty is from within and not from the outside and these girls have proved both. It's a pleasure and honour to be here," he said at the event. During media interaction, the handsome hunk said, "I really enjoyed being here. We have learnt a lot from the contestants today. Such unique events should be organized every year because the enthusiasm with which everyone participated was fantastic." On the special occasion, the 44-year-old also gave out a strong message to all women as he said, "Remember, you all are strong and can live your lives without men." (ANI)
