New Delhi [India], Apr. 13 (ANI): Expressing his ire over the video in which a security personnel is being roughed up by a youth while he was returning from a polling booth in Srinagar, actor Randeep Hooda on Wednesday said that if the soldier would have used his gun to defend himself then the people would have described it as 'human rights violation'.
