MUKTA A2 Cinemas goes international with its first property in Bahrain
Manama [Bahrain] Sept. 15 (ANI): Taking the legacy of film banners Mukta Arts Limited ahead, Mukta A2 Cinemas; the chain provides its patrons with an unparalled cinematic experience. After creating a mark in India with 41 screens, the chain has decided to take a mega leap to cater to cinemas lovers in the Middle East, Bahrain. In association with VKL Group, Mukta A2 Cinemas, Bahrain is all set to create a benchmark by being the first Indian exhibitor to establish its foothold abroad with the launch of its property in Juffair Mall. The property in the Kingdom of Bahrain will be launched in the presence of Subhash Ghai, Chairman and Rahul Puri, Managing Director of Mukta Arts Pvt. Ltd. The property consists of six screens, with a total seating capacity of 960 persons. The theatre will also boast of options for movies from Hollywood, Arabic and Bollywood. A state of the art sound system with 3D technology and projection along with Dolby Atmos and Quantum Logic 3D surround sound are a few highlights the cinema is offering its guests. The cinema offers comfortable seating such as VIP recliners, sofas and rockers and boasts of a variety of Food and Beverage options. Commenting on the development, filmmaker Subhash Ghai said, "It is a matter of huge pride that Mukta A2 Cinemas has opened its first property outside India in Bahrain. We are one of the first Indian exhibitors to design, conceptualize and build a theatre in a foreign country and it is a testament to the entire team and their hard work. I am delighted the company has taken this big step and I have no doubt that there are many more such steps to come in the near future." Rahul Puri further said, "The company has worked really hard to achieve this milestone. Mukta A2 Bahrain will be a flagship property in the Middle East and will showcase the best of English, Indian and Arabic cinema for our audiences. The team has worked really hard to ensure we have met international standards of quality with this cinema and we will match these global standards in our delivery every single day to the patrons. It's the first of a larger plan for Mukta A2 in the Gulf region and more such properties will be on the horizon." With its existing properties and robust plans of forthcoming launches, MUKTA A2 CINEMAS is all geared up to entertain its patrons with the best of movie experiences. The cinema brand has planned a 360 degree marketing campaign across all platforms, one of which will be signing on with Coca Cola as an exclusive beverage partner for the property. Mukta A2 Cinemas has seen a tremendous response Pan India from screens like Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Gulbarga, Vishakhapatnam, Banswara, Sailu, Hyderabad, Sangli, Bhopal Kundli, Rajpipla, Dehradun, Panvel and Aunragabad which has further strengthened MUKTA A2 CINEMAS' resolve to provide an enriching movie-watching experience to its audiences across cities in India and now abroad.
