'Begum Jaan' fizzles at Box Office, collects 14.94 cr. in five days

New Delhi [India], Apr 19 (ANI): The Vidya Balan starrer 'Begum Jaan' has failed to impress the audiences with its hard-hitting story, as the movie has been seeing a decline in weekday's box office collection. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the nationwide box office collection of the movie. He wrote, "#BegumJaan Fri 3.94 cr, Sat 3.51 cr, Sun 4.03 cr, Mon 1.87 cr, Tue 1.59 cr. The movie talks about fight of a group of prostitutes who defy the governments trying to destroy their home so that they can make a division between the countries. The film is an adaptation of Srijit Mukherji's Bengali movie 'Rajkahini'. The flick stars Vidya Balan, Ila Arun, Gauahar Khan, Pallavi Sharda, Rajit Kapoor, Chunkey Pandey, Naseerruddin Shah and Ashish Vidyarthi . (ANI)
