Food vendor offering discount to customers who say 'Pakistan Murdabad'

Jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh) [India], Feb 21 (ANI): In aftermath of Pulwama terror attack, a food stall owner in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh is offering a discount of Rs. 10 on chicken leg piece to customers who say ‘Pakistan Murdabad’.
The stall owner, Anjal Singh, blamed Pakistan for the attack that took place on February 14 in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district killing around 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel.
“I have put a board in the name of Pakistan at my stall. I have written Pakistan Murdabad, customers who chant Pakistan Murdabad will get a discount of Rs. 10 on chicken leg piece,” Singh told ANI.
"Pakistan never valued humanity and they never will. That's why everyone should say Pakistan Murdabad from their hearts," Singh added.
He also said, “With this slogan, we will reach out to people and tell them that we all should not have any feelings for Pakistan. We should only feel anger. We have always offered a hand of friendship to them but we have always suffered due to it.”
One of the customers expressed his thoughts on the slogan and said, “This is not just a slogan but it is a way to unite the people of India. The discount that the stall owner is offering, even if we don’t get the discount, it’s okay, but we are still getting some relief looking at such slogans. Even if a small slogan like this can unite the people of our country, then it is more than enough.”
“I also shouted Pakistan Murdabad and felt a sense of relief,” he added.
This discount offer by Singh comes just two days after a video of a street vendor selling shoes by saying ‘Pakistan Murdabad’ went viral on social media. However, the identity of the man and the location where the video was shot still remain unknown.
After the ghastly attack, India is coming down heavily on Pakistan. Everyone is condemning the attack, be it the film fraternity, business, political or the sports world.
The CRPF personnel were killed on February 14 after a suicide bomber rammed a car laden with explosives into their convoy in Awantipora area of Pulwama in Kashmir. Pakistan-based terror group, Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) claimed responsibility for the attack. (ANI)
