Alan Thicke's widow wins lawsuit against stepsons

Washington D.C [USA], September 15 (ANI): Tanya Callau, the wife of late actor Alan thicke has won a lawsuit against his sons Robin Thicke and his brother, Brennan Thicke.

The lawsuit which was filed in May by Thicke's son with legal documents claiming that their step-mother was overreaching and trying to nullify her prenuptial agreement and get more from her late husband's estate.

According to People magazine, Callau's attorney, Adam F. Streisand, confirmed about the victory in the court.

In a statement, Streisand said, "I am thrilled that I was able to get this bogus lawsuit thrown out of court for Tanya, whose only sin was that she loved her husband and has suffered grievously since losing him."

Thicke's widow has long said that she has no intention of fighting the prenuptial agreement she signed four days before their wedding in 2005 without the presence of lawyer.

In July, she filed her own legal documents in which she claims that she's not trying to fight the prenup and that her stepsons know she's not trying to challenge it.

Callue took to social media to celebrate the victory of the lawsuit as she posted a throwback picture of herself and her late husband walking hand-in-hand along a beach.

She wrote, "Thank you my angel for continuing to watch over me! Today was a good day ," in the Instagram post.

Concluding with, "Judge threw out my stepson' lawsuit. Reality check...... I only wish them the best and may we all start healing"

The 41-year old and Thicke had been together for 17 years and were married from 2005 since his death.

She is also step-mother to her husband's three sons from his previous two marriages.

Alan Thicke died at the age of 69 due to heart attack in December last year. (ANI)
