Washington D.C. [U.S.A.], July 9 (ANI): The artists from all across the globe will be heading to Johannesburg for the Global Citizen Festival Mandela 100 to be held on December 2.
Artists including Beyonce, Ed Sheera, Eddie Vedder, Chris Martin, Pharell William and Jay-Z will perform at the event to celebrate the works and legacy of former South African President and anti-apartheid revolutionary Nelson Mandela, reported Billboards.
The keynote address will be delivered by actress-philanthropist Oprah Winfrey.
The event will go on for three days at the FNB Stadium, Johannesburg.
Presented by Major Partner, the Motsepe Foundation, the event will present the biggest campaign on Global Goals to end extreme poverty ever.
Naomi Campbell, Bonang Matheba, Sir Bob Geldof, Gayle King, Tyler Perry, and Forest Whitaker will be hosting the event. (ANI)
