Linkin Park to live-stream Chester Bennington's tribute concert

Washington D.C. [U.S.A.], October 23 (ANI): Though Linkin Park's Chester Bennington tribute concert is sold out, their fans will still be able to watch the star-studded event on their TV sets/laptops as the band will now be live-streaming the concert on their official YouTube channel.

The remaining members of the rock band are set to perform together at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Friday for the first time since the frontman, aged 41, tragically took his own life in July, according to Contactmusic.

The show will mark the first time the band has performed on stage together since Bennington's suicide on July 20.

Proceeds from the charity concert will go to Music for Relief's One More Light Fund.

Among the acts joining them for the show are Blink-182, Bring Me The Horizon, Machine Gun Kelly, Jonathan Davis from Korn, Kiiara, Zedd, members of No Doubt, Yellowcard's William Ryan Key, System Of A Down, Avenged Sevenfold's M. Shadows and others.

Linkin Park singer Mike Shinoda recently revealed he was unsure about performing at the concert until he spoke to legendary producer Rick Rubin.

Mike said, "I had gone to Rick Rubin as a source of guidance. He said, 'I think you guys need to get onstage.' I think that'll be the thing that'll feel good. It'll be super, super hard. We haven't gone out together in public, we haven't played." (ANI)
