Bieber's mom defends him amid ongoing rift with Selena Gomez` mother

New Delhi [India], January 19 (ANI): Looks like Justin Bieber has a strong support from his mother amid the rift between him and Selena Gomez's mother.

Pattie Mallette, the singer's formerly estranged mother, took to Instagram to extend her support for her 23-year-old son.

Alongside a photo, in which Pallette can be seen cuddling close beside Bieber on a boat, she wrote, "I'm so proud of the amazing young man you are, and the young man you are becoming. None of us are perfect and never will be, (so we will always need patience and grace for each other), but your genuine growing relationship with Jesus is evident in the choices you are making daily and the good 'fruit' you bear."

She concluded her post by saying that she is really proud of the musician.

These adorable words come after Gomez's mother, Mandy Teefey, shared that she's "not happy" about her daughter dating the 'Love Yourself' hit-maker again.

Gomez has not responded to her mother's comments. However, she did unfollow Teefey on Instagram. (ANI)
