The 24-year-old singer was recently spotted spending some quality time with Stephen. The two were photographed together in Grand Rapids, Michigan, People reported.
Keeping it casual Bieber donned a black sweatshirt paired with a white baseball cap while the 52-year-old wore a short-sleeve blue T-shirt layered over a long-sleeve grey T-shirt paired with blue jeans and brown cap.
The couple is reportedly planning to get hitched next year. The 'Sorry' singer took to social media on July 10 to confirm his engagement with the American model.
Beiber also paid a loving tribute to his 21-year-old fiancee while also announcing his plans to marry her. (ANI)
