'Wonder Woman' takes the sky with Drone art show in LA

New Delhi [India], Sept. 18 (ANI): When celebrations include 'Wonder Woman,' it had to be something unique.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announced the home release of the most popular superhero movie of the year by re-creating logos and other imagery related to the movie in the Los Angeles sky through drones.

The studio giant partnered with Intel. 300 Intel drones re-created images related to movie in the show titled "an electronic illuminated art show."

The film's lead actress Gal Gadot also shared a video of the same and captioned it as, "300 drones lit up the LA sky tonight to celebrate Power, Grace, Wisdom, and Wonder. Bring home #WonderWoman on Digital Now and Blu-ray™ 9/19."

Accompanying a live performance by celebrated cellist Tina Guo, Intel's Shooting Star drones, lit up the sky in front of an audience that included the movie's director Patty Jenkins, producers Chuck Roven and Richard Suckle, and actor Eugene Brave Rock, who played The Chief in the movie.

The flick is already available on digital platform, and will be available in DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD Blu-ray from Sept. 19 onward.

It should be noted that Patty Jenkins is all set to direct the superhero flick's a highly-anticipated sequel which Warner Bros. has dated for December 13, 2019. (ANI)
