Washington DC, [USA] Aug 11 (ANI): United States President Donald Trump took to social media to praise rapper Kanye West for his decision to support the former.
West, who appeared in 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', defended his decision to support the President during the 2016 elections.
"Thank you to Kanye West and the fact that he is willing to tell the TRUTH," Trump tweeted.
The President added "So honored by this. Thank you Kanye for your support. It is making a big difference!"

The rapper, who was a guest on the talk show, recalled that during the 2016 presidential election, he said that he could never openly show his support as he had the risk of compromising his career.
He also added that it took him some time to gain the confidence to stand up and show his support. (ANI)
