Washington D.C. [USA], July 17 (ANI): 'Call Me by Your Name' actor Timothee Chalamet is in final talks to star in Denis Villeneuve's upcoming film 'Dune'.
The movie is an adaptation of the Frank Herbert novel which has sold millions of copies and is perhaps the greatest novel in the science-fiction canon.
It is being directed by Villeneuve - the filmmaker behind 'Blade Runner 2049' and 'Arrival'.
The Academy Award-nominated star would play Paul Atreides, the son of the ruler of the family, who is forced to escape into the desert wastelands and partner with its nomadic tribes, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Production will reportedly start in early 2019. (ANI)
