Washington D.C. [USA], July 28 (ANI): Famous youtuber PewDiePie apologised for his "insensitive" tweet over singer Demi Lovato's reported drug overdose.
Lovato was recently found unconscious at her home in Hollywood Hills following a drug overdose.
The 28-year-old PewDiePie tweeted a meme showing Demi asking for money to buy a Burger, but ends up buying drugs, Deadline reported.
The youtuber deleted the tweet after his Twitter feed exploded with comments criticising the post.
"Deleted meme. I didnt mean anything with it and I didnt fully know about the situation. I realize now it was insensitive, sorry!" the tweet read.
With 64.5 million subscribers PewDiePie, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, is the owner of the most subscribed YouTube channel. (ANI)
