Washington D.C. [USA], Feb 3 (ANI): Actor-model Paris Jackson is setting the record straight about her emotional health.
The 20-year-old daughter of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, in a series of tweets on Saturday night, cleared the air around the speculation about her well being, insisting, “there’s no meltdown, no losing [my] shit,” or being demanding of anyone.”
“There’s no meltdown, no “losing [my] shit,” or being demanding of anyone. please don’t believe what you read. just bc i was spotted grabbing coffee in LA after taking a nice long break from the chaotic media for some reason makes “journalists” think they can run wild with my name,” Paris tweeted.
“I said it before and i’ll say it again, i’m the happiest and healthiest i’ve been in a long time,” she wrote in another tweet.

This comes after Paris was spotted strolling through West Hollywood, California, with beau Gabriel Glenn on Tuesday and over two weeks after she checked herself into a treatment facility to improve her “emotional health,” reported People.
On Tuesday, Jackson showed off some new tattoos in honour of Led Zeppelin. Paris via Twitter and her Instagram story, posted a picture of the back of her right arm with four symbols honouring the legendary rock band’s untitled fourth album.
The model sought treatment to improve her “emotional health” in January.
“After a busy year of work engagements that took her all over the globe, Paris decided that she needed to take some time off to reboot, realign and prioritize her physical and emotional health,” a source close to the star told People on Jan. 15.
A day following the news, Paris herself confirmed the reports.
“Yes I’ve taken a break from work and social media and my phone because it can be too much sometimes, and everyone deserves a break, but I am happy and healthy and feeling better than ever!” she wrote on her Instagram post, alongside a selfie of herself with a dog.
Through the years, Paris has been open about her struggle with anxiety and depression. She has previously reflected upon her struggles with self-confidence, which drove her to attempt committing suicide when she was just 13-years-old.
Paris later admitted that she attempted suicide a number of times during an interview with Rolling Stone in 2017.
E! Online cited a Rolling Stone interview from 2017 where she said, "I was going through a lot of, like, teen angst. And I was also dealing with my depression and my anxiety without any help."
Paris also said that she was sexually assaulted by an older “complete stranger” when she was a teen. “I don’t wanna give too many details. But it was not a good experience at all, and it was really hard for me, and, at the time, I didn’t tell anybody,” Paris told Rolling Stone in an interview.
Paris is close to Macaulay Culkin, who is her godfather and relies on him for emotional support. (ANI)
