Washington D.C., [USA] June 21 (ANI): English actor Jamie Bell is in talks to join 'Kingsman' actor Taron Egerton in the Elton John biopic 'Rocketman'.

Washington D.C., [USA] June 21 (ANI): English actor Jamie Bell is in talks to join 'Kingsman' actor Taron Egerton in the Elton John biopic 'Rocketman'.
According to the Hollywood reporter, Bell in the movie will play the role of Bernie Taupin, the longtime songwriting partner of Elton John who penned classics such as 'Tiny Dancer', 'Bennie and the Jets' and 'Rocket Man'.
Whereas, Egerton will portray the role of the famed singer-songwriter right from his days at the Royal Academy of Music until his rise in the rock 'n' roll scene during the 1970s and 80s.
The role will also include days of recovery from drug and alcohol addiction in the '90s, and once again regaining his stardom. (ANI)
