The 24-year-old daughter of actor and director Clint Eastwood and actress Frances Fisher announced the baby news while presenting an award, reported People.
Francesca wore an off-shoulder black gown with a slit up the legs and matched it with gold hoop earrings, black open-toe heels, and dark blonde locks.
The event was also attended by celebrities including Jenna Dewan, Jaden Smith, Perrey Reeves, Amy Smart, Sarah Shahi, Leona Lewis, Lance Bass and Bill Nye. (ANI)
