Washington D.C. [USA], Apr 11 (ANI): Disney+, Disney’s own streaming service, is preparing to launch their latest member ‘Hawkeye’ from Avengers, in their new series.
As reported by Variety, Disney+ is officially creating a limited series based on the Marvel character ‘Hawkeye’, the archery maestro, featuring Jeremy Renner.
This will be an adventure based series in which Clint Barton aka 'Hawkeye', will hand on the torch to Kate Bishop. They both are members of the group called ‘Young Avengers’.
The show is expected to have a run of only six to eight episodes.
Jeremy Renner has been associated with the Marvel Comics Universe with an uncredited cameo role in ‘Thor’. He then appeared in ‘Avengers, ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’, ‘Captain America: Civil War’ and the latest ‘Avengers: Endgame’ which is releasing on April 26.
Disney+ is also engaged in series focusing on other MCU characters like Loki, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Falcon and Winter Soldier. (ANI)
