Washington D.C. [USA], July 21 (ANI): 20th Century Fox Television is all set to come up with an all new version of 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'.
Joss Whedon, the creator of the original series that came out in 1992, will be joining the Fox project as Executive Producer, E! News reported.
This will be a reboot of the original cult classic.
According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, set in the present day, the plot will be based on the mythology of the original TV Series.
The original series ran for about seven seasons and the last episode aired on May 20, 2003. The show marked its 20th anniversary in 2017. (ANI)
