Washington DC, [USA] July 03 (ANI): American comedian-turned-actor Andy Dick yet again has landed in a legal soup for allegedly groping a woman in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, after a woman filed a police report claiming that the comedian had groped her twice in April, the 52-year old Andy Dick was charged with sexual battery and simple battery.
She claimed that he also passed lewd comments at her.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, he is to attend a hearing on July 18 in regard to this issue.
Last year on November 01, Andy Dick was fired from two films due to sexual misconduct and harassment allegations on sets.
The 51-year-old actor has a well-documented history of addiction issues and has been accused of sexual misconduct numerous times.
In 2007, he was kicked off of 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' for inappropriately touching fellow guest Ivanka Trump numerous times on air.
He most notably appeared on Judd Apatow and Lesley Arfin's Netflix series 'Love'. (ANI)
