Rihanna, Anne Hathaway to join 'Ocean's Eight' cast

Washington D.C, Aug 13 (ANI): Singer Rihanna and popular actress Anne Hathaway are the new members enlisted for 'Ocean's Eight', the female-driven caper spinoff directed by Gary Ross. The two are joining the star-studded cast along with Sandra Bullock ,Cate Blanchett, Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling and new-comer, American rapper Awkwafina, reports the Dead Line. There is also a possibility for cameos from the stars of the original trilogy, which grossed a collective 1.12 billion dollars worldwide. The movie, penned by Ross with Olivia Milch, marks another high profile entry for the 'Love The Way You Lie' hit-maker, who recently shot the Luc Besson directed 'Valerian and the 'City of a Thousand Planets'. Warner Bros has confirmed that the filming for 'Ocean's Eight' would start in New York in October. (ANI)
