John and Yoko's love story in pipeline
London (UK), Feb. 3 (ANI): Yoko Ono is all set to produce an untitled feature film about her love story with the 'Beatles' icon John Lennon. Producer Michael De Luca is teaming up with the song-writer to bring the couple's love story to life, along with 'The Theory of Everything's' writer Anthony McCarten and Josh Bratman, reports The Guardian. "The story will focus on ripe and relevant themes of love, courage and activism in the U.S. with the intention of inspiring today's youth to stand up for and have a clear vision for the world they want," Luca said. "I am also honored and privileged to be working with Yoko Ono, Anthony McCarten and Josh Bratman to tell the story of two amazing global icons," he added. Ono and Lennon became a couple in late 60's, when she was an upcoming artist while he was one of the biggest music icons in the world. She was said to be the biggest reason for the band's breakup. Till this date, Ono is the gate-keeper of his legacy. (ANI)
