Get a sneak peak of 'The Mummy'

New Delhi [India], June 7 (ANI):Finally! Its time for all the Tom Cruise fans to rejoice. The twitter handle of 'The Mummy' has recently unveiled a sneak peak of the movie, starring Sofia Boutella as the monster in the first installment in the Dark Universe film series. The Mummy is opening up a world that will include numerous iconic crossovers, with some of the studios's most infamous ghouls. Universal pictures released the official synopsis explicitly describing the thunder we can expect from the film. "Thought safely entombed in a crypt deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient queen (Sofia Boutella of Kingsman: The Secret Service and Star Trek Beyond) whose destiny was unjustly taken from her, is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia and terrors that defy human comprehension. From the sweeping sands of the Middle East through hidden labyrinths under modern-day London, The Mummy brings a surprising intensity and balance of wonder and thrills in an imaginative new take that ushers in a new world of gods and monsters," the statement read. 'The Mummy' stars Tom Cruise, Sofia Boutella, Annabelle Wallis, Jake Johnson, Courtney B. Vance, Marwan Kenzari, and Russell Crowe. The movie is directed by Alex Kurtzman, who also produces it, alongside Sean Daniel, Chris Morgan, Sarah Bradshaw.
