R Kelly denies holding women against their will
Washington D.C. (USA), July 19 (ANI): RnB star R Kelly has recently denied the allegations labelled on him of running sex 'cult' and holding women against their will. According to his spokesperson, Kelly is "both alarmed and disturbed" by the news, reports TMZ. "Mr. Robert Kelly is both alarmed and disturbed by the recent revelations attributed to him. Mr. Kelly unequivocally denies such accusations and will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name," the spokesperson said. For the unversed, a Buzzfeed report said that the singer housed six women at his two properties - his Chicago recording studio and his Duluth, Georgia, "guest house". He is also taking control of every aspect of the women's lives, from what they eat to when they eat and even how and when they have sex, which he also reportedly films. The parents complained that their daughters have been manipulated by Kelly who has taken control over their lives. According to one set of parents, they have been desperately trying to get their 21-year-old daughter back after she moved into one of Kelly's properties. But they can't report her as missing, as she is reportedly doing fine and staying there because she wants to. Kelly has been described as a "puppet master," who calls his women "babies" and in return they have to call him "daddy" and if the rules set by him are broken, they are punished verbally and physically. This is not the first time when such reports are doing the rounds about him. On February 3, 2002, a video surfaced where Kelly is engaging in sex with, and urinating on an underaged girl. This news came out when Kelly was to perform at the opening ceremony of the 2002 Winter Olympics. In defence, Kelly then said that he was not the man in the video.(ANI)
