Jay-Z admits his relationship with Beyonce `was not based on 100% truth`
Washington D.C. [USA], July 11 (ANI): Seems like everything is not as it looks like, in the world of Jay-Z and Beyonce. According to People Magazine, the acclaimed rapper has released another mini-documentary for his new album, 4:44 and the clip is very much a confessional about rumored infidelity his wife Beyonce. Titled, 'Footnotes for 4:44,' the video has conversations about relationships with women and interviews with celebrities like Chris Rock, Will Smith, Kendrick Lamar, Aziz Ansari and Mahershala Ali. Explaining about his marriage, the 'Otis' hit-maker, said, "This is my real life. I just ran into this place and we built this big, beautiful mansion of a relationship that wasn't totally built on the 100 percent truth and it starts cracking. Things start happening that the public can see." Adding, "Then we had to get to a point of, 'Okay, tear this down and let's start from the beginning . It's the hardest thing I've ever done." The 21-time Grammy winner also shared the moment when he swallowed his pride and begged Beyonce to stay by his side after feeling a new kind of emotion for the pop star. "I was on a boat, and I had the best time. I was like, 'Man, this is great.' Then she had to leave. I was, like, crushed. 'Man, I don't even feel like this. What is happening to my body right now?' I don't even feel like this. Did I just say, 'Don't leave?" he shared. The rapper also revealed that he realized that honesty was the important in their relationship and it was critical for the survival of their marriage. The rapper noted, "We just got to a place where, in order for this to work, this can't be fake. Not one ounce. I'm not saying it wasn't uncomfortable because obviously it was." It should be noted that, Jay-Z's new album '4:44' has received critical acclaim from all around the globe, calling it "one of the greatest albums from the rapper."(ANI)
