Tanushree-Nana row: Akshay Kumar files complaint over doctored video

Actor Divya Dutta, who is set to headline the upcoming social drama series 'Chiraiya', will be seen in a story that raises difficult questions about marriage and consent in society.

Among the marquee titles leading the slate is Made In India: The Titan Story, starring Naseeruddin Shah and Jim Sarbh, an inspiring drama centred on ambition and building a legacy. This is complemented by Sankalp, starring Nana Patekar, Sanjay Kapoor, Neeraj Kabi, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, a gripping socio-political thriller that explores the layered world of power and leadership, read a press note.

The teaser introduces viewers to a mysterious mansion that forms the centrepiece of the story. In a humorous moment, Akshay Kumar's character describes the sprawling property as being "only two rooms smaller than Buckingham Palace," setting the tone for the film's playful take on horror.

Mandhira Kapur, the sister of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur, appeared before the court and filed her reply to the defamation complaint lodged by Priya Sachdev Kapur. Along with her reply, she also moved an application seeking directions for the production of certain documents from the complainant.
