New Delhi [India], Oct 02 (ANI): Actress Tamannaah Bhatia will team up with eight-year-old child-actor Sunny Pawar for a film inspired by the 'Beti Padhao Beti Bachao' campaign, titled 'A B C'.

The movie is an initiative by Anti Corruption and Crime Control Committee of India in association with Gravity Group.

The script of the film will revolve around the importance of awareness and education for the girl child.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis' wife Amruta Fadnavis will be contributing to the musical score and voice of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be used in the form of a guiding force to the on-screen characters in the film.

Ramkumar Shendge will be directing the film.

Other leading celebrities who will be supporting the campaign through special appearances include Chiranjeevi, Suniel Shetty, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Kiran Bedi, Amitabh Bachchan amongst others.

The two-hour movie will be premiered at the German and French Film Festival in January 2019.

This film will be made a compulsory to watch in all schools across the nation and will be dubbed in 14 different languages.

U.S. President Donald Trump has also given a principal consent of endorsing the film on a global level.

Bhatia said, "I have always been driven to contribute to noble causes since childhood. I am of the opinion that the power vested in being a media figure should never be abused and should instead be used to inspire others. The girl child is a cause that is very close to my heart and I am proud to be associated with it."

The brainchild behind this project, Meehir Kulkarni, Chairman, Anti Corruption And Crime Control Committee, Maharashtra said, "This is our way of paying a small tribute to our mentor - Narendra Modi ji - by celebrating his commitment and dedication towards making India an advanced and a prosperous nation."
