New Delhi [India], Nov 17 (ANI): It's a no-brainer that almost all the Bollywood celebrities are fitness freaks and Alia Bhatt is one of them who religiously sweats it out in the gym to get that perfect glow on her face and to stay fit and full of energy.
The 25-year-old actor recently took to her official Instagram page to share two videos of her working out and performing pilates.
"Shooting nights can be very tiring for the body cause of the way it messes with your natural body clock.. I woke up today feeling so so exhausted.. But after monkeying around and doing some intense pilates, my energy level just shot up. The mind and body coordination during a pilates workout is like meditation for me.. If you miss even one beat of focus everything can go totally off.. And ofcourse don't miss my beautiful trainer @yasminkarachiwala in the background with her soft but strict instructions," the post read.
In the videos shared by her, Alia can be seen wearing a red coloured workout onesie, dedicatedly working out with her trainer.
On the work front, the 'Raazi' actor has three movies in her kitty including 'Gully Boy' opposite Ranveer Singh, multi-starrer 'Kalank', which features Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan, Kunal Khemu, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sanjay Dutt and 'Brahmastra' opposite rumoured-beau Ranbir Kapoor.
