Mumbai [India], May 11 (ANI): Filmmaker-actor Farhan Akhtar has slammed the management at Twitter and said that rape and death threats should not be allowed or go unnoticed on the micro-blogging site.

His tweet comes after actress Richa Chadha opened up about the constant death and rape threats she received for her opinion on Hindutva.
"Hey tweeps! Don't care about the targeted abuse because there's a lot of unemployment in the country, if someone needs to work for Rs 10 per tweet, I don't judge them. But RAPE AND MURDER threats? Come on @TwitterIndia @Twitter," Richa tweeted earlier this week.
When Richa attempted to report the death and rape threat issued by the Twitter users, the social networking service responded saying, "No violation within context". (ANI)
