New Delhi [India], Mar 6 (ANI): After piquing fans' curiosity by sharing a glimpse of 'Brahmastra's' logo in the sky at the concluding day of Kumbh Mela, the official logo of the film is finally out!
Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram to unveil the logo and wrote, “Saare astron ka devta-Brahmastra..The official movie logo is out now!! Releasing this #Christmas.”
A short clip shows an artefact floating in space until it combines with the other broken parts and forms the unique logo of the film with the title written over it. The already fascinating visuals are complemented with the powerful voice-over of Amitabh Bachchan who introduces the logo to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia.
In the video, the trio can be heard talking about a mysterious weapon as the Brahmastra logo takes form.
The voice-over in the background tries to hint at the story of ‘Brahmastra’. An intrigued Ranbir asks, Sir, is there a weapon that’s in pieces but when joined, it’s circle and has a symbol on it?”
Big B’s character says, “Yes, our pride, our history’s greatest treasure that contains the power of the whole universe within it.”
Then Alia’s character Isha asks, “What is this weapon?” and Big B responds, “The Lord of all weapons-Brahmastra.”
Ranbir’s character Shiva asks, Why do I keep seeing it,” and to this Big B’s character says, “Because you are connected to the last battle of Brahmastra, Shiva.”

According to legends, Brahmastra is Hindu God Brahma’s weapon that is so strong that it can destroy the universe.
On Monday, the makers and the cast of the film gave its fans a glimpse of the film’s logo in the sky at the concluding day of Kumbh Mela. This is the first time ever where the makers of a film have involved drones and announced the logo on such a huge scale on the auspicious day of Mahashivratri.
The team of the film shared a number of pictures from the event and also revealed the names of Ranbir and Alia’s characters. The team had also performed a puja on the banks of the Ganges at Prayagraj.
The director of the film, Ayan Mukerji, who made his Instragram debut on Monday, has also been sharing sneak peeks of the film on the photo-sharing application.
‘Brahmastra’ has been extensively shot in Bulgaria, New York, and Mumbai, among other places.
Apart from Ranbir, Alia and Amitabh, the film also stars Mouni Roy and Tollywood actor Nagarjuna.
‘Brahmastra’ is first part of a sci-fi trilogy which has been created by Ayan. It is slated to release around Christmas this year. (ANI)
