The event celebrated the young cricketers of the SPG Rose Merc Cricket Academy across the Under-14, Under-16, and Under-19 age groups. As part of its ongoing partnership with Shivaji Park Gymkhana, widely regarded as the "Mecca of Mumbai Cricket" for producing numerous international players. Rose Merc Ltd. distributed essential cricket attire, kits, and apparel to support the academy's talented trainees in their pursuit of excellence.
The ceremony, which commenced at 6:00 PM, was graced by distinguished Guests of Honour:
- Shreyas Iyer acclaimed Indian international cricketer and an inspirational figure in modern Indian cricket.
- Siddhesh Lad, a prominent Mumbai domestic cricketer known for his significant contributions to Maharashtra cricket.

The event featured the official unveiling of the SPG Rose Merc Cricket Academy T-shirts, specially designed for players across the Under-14, Under-16, and Under-19 categories. The academy jerseys, bearing the logos of Rose Merc Ltd and Shivaji Park Gymkhana, were unveiled by Purvesh Shelatkar- Executive Director Rose Merc Ltd Harshee Haria - Media Head, Rose Merc Ltd. and Director of the Navi Mumbai Premier League Pvt. Ltd (NMPL), and Eshwari Shelatkar - Executive Director at Rose Merc Ltd. and Director at Moda Orama Ventures Pvt. Ltd., along with distinguished cricketers Shreyas Iyer, Siddhesh Lad and Pravin Amre - former cricketer and president of Shivaji Park gymkhana, marking a proud moment for the young trainees of the academy.
The ceremony was attended by academy coaches, parents, SPG officials, young players, and representatives from Rose Merc Ltd., creating a vibrant atmosphere celebrating dedication, discipline, and sporting ambition.
