Rahul Sharma dedicates his new single ‘Kehdo Tum’ to his parents

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India] March 2 (ANI): After the grand success of his Punjabi club song ‘Jaaga All Night’ with Hard Kaur, singer Rahul Sharma has now launched his new song titled ‘Kehdo Tum’. The song has a beautiful retro romantic vibe to it and Rahul has dedicated it to his parents, who are celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary this week.
“Kehdo Tum is a lot more than a song to me. It’s an emotion that imbibes within me, a reflection of the way I feel for my better half and a blessing from my parents, namely my father, Vinod Sharma for composing and penning this beautiful romantic song in his yesteryear. I’d like to dedicate this beautiful Retro Style romantic song to my parents who are celebrating 35 years of togetherness this week”, stated Rahul Sharma.
Born and brought up in Delhi, Rahul currently resides in the USA. An IT professional, Rahul is currently following his passion for music. “Many would wonder why I’ve suddenly become so engaged in my musical endeavours at this stage of my life. I had a sudden realization a couple of years ago when I felt responsible to attempt to carry on the musical legacy started by my Grandfather, Late Shri Darshan Singh Gill. Also, living on the foreign land, music keeps me connected to my heritage”, said Rahul about his inclination towards music.
“I am a believer of destiny as much as I believe in hard work and dedication. Only time will tell how far my musical journey leads but for now I am counting on all the love and support my loved ones can shower upon me”, added Rahul.  He made his singing debut last year with the song ‘Sun Sada’ and then released ‘Jaaga All Night’ earlier this year. Within a few days of its release, ‘Jaaga All Night’ garnered more than one million views. And now, next in the line is ‘Kehdo Tum’, which is Rahul’s third single and the video of the same is already creating a huge buzz.
Along with singing, Rahul is also a trained Violin player. As a stage performer and an entertainer, Rahul has charmed audiences with his melodious voice in several shows. The versatile singer specializes in contemporary Bollywood singing as well as, is a master of Sufi, Punjabi Folk and regional singing. His dream is to establish himself as one of the best singers globally.
Rahul has been honoured with various awards including Best Male Singer IFAB awards 2018, USA. He has won ‘Be a Star’ contest in Washington DC and is also the winner of Pennsylvania State - Meri Awaaz Suno USA 2018.
