OnlyMobiles, Delhivery tie-up to boost delivery this festive season
New Delhi [India], Sep 28 (ANI): Omni-channel that sells pocket gadgets like Mobile Phones, Tablets and Accessories OnlyMobiles has announced its exclusive tie-up with Logistics firm Delhivery to provide quick product delivery services to its customers across India. Through this partnership, OnlyMobiles hopes to meet the increasing demand of consumers during the festive season, and will use Delhivery's services to enable smooth delivery of products. The tie up comes just a month after the launch of OnlyMobiles 30 Days Guarantee Price Protection scheme wherein customers can claim the price drop of their purchased products within a period of 30 days. Since its launch, the scheme has received positive feedback from customers, and as a result, significantly increased OnlyMobiles customer base. Thus, in an effort to manage its logistics, OnlyMobiles.com decided to associate with Delhivery, facilitating smooth product delivery to its growing clientele. Apart from prompt packing and faster delivery of products, the tie-up with Delhivery will also ensure that the right merchandise reaches the right customer via pre-shipment scanning facilities, which can help OnlyMobiles mitigate any errors during dispatch. Delhivery will also facilitate OnlyMobiles with an exclusive warehouse for their products in the city of Chennai to specifically cater to orders received from South India. This development will enable OnlyMobiles customers to expect product delivery within 24 hours to 72 hours. "Our tie-up with Delhivery couldn't have come at a much better time, since this is the busiest season for most offline and online vendors. We have begun to receive orders for most of our products well in advance. Moreover, with the inclusion of new brands like Huawei Honor, LeEco, etc. coupled with aggressive offers on our platforms, our order receipt is expected to quadruple within the next couple of weeks. Thus, we are confident that our association with Delhivery will enable quick and smooth delivery of products to customers, creating a hassle-free system that is mutually rewarding," said Co-Founder OnlyMobiles, Shrutam Vijay Desai. Apart from its warehouse in Chennai, OnlyMobiles also plans to open three more warehouses by March, 2017 with Delhivery. (ANI)
