Mobikwik's auto recharge service registers 100,000 users
New Delhi [India], Sep 27 (ANI): MobiKwik has announced over 100,000 user registrations for its Auto-Recharge feature, which allows users to automate their phone and DTH recharge and postpaid bill payment. The function takes away the worry of interrupted data and phone network. "Keeping with our mantra to simplify payments on MobiKwik platform, we have launched another innovation that is helping phone and DTH users in India to automate the bill payment and recharge process. The feature helps our users enjoy seamless data and network connectivity," said Chief Operating Officer at MobiKwik, Mrinal Sinha. Auto recharge was launched by MobiKwik in August 2016 to further accentuate the users' experience while recharging or paying bills using MobiKwik. On the MobiKwik app, users can customize this feature with the date and amount of recharge or postpaid bill payment for their mobile and DTH connections, and the same will be auto debited as intrusted by the user, as per their billing/validity cycle. The user needs to keep the required balance in their account for a smooth and hassle free experience. To ensure that a user's account is always sufficiently funded, MobiKwik also has a feature to auto maintain wallet balance, wherein a user can decide the limit and mode of wallet loading that is done automatically. In case a user hasn't set up auto maintenance of wallet balance, a reminder is sent a day prior to the recharge/bill payment date. Additionally, users can sign up for auto recharge when they do their next recharge or bill payment using MobiKwik. (ANI)
