Mindtree net profit surges by 49 pc to Rs 473 crore in Q4 of 2021-22

Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], April 18 (ANI): Technology services firm Mindtree on Monday said its net profit surged to Rs 473.1 crore for the fourth quarter of 2021-22 as compared to Rs 317 crore registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering a year-on-year growth of 49.1 per cent.

Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], April 18 (ANI): Technology services firm Mindtree on Monday said its net profit surged to Rs 473.1 crore for the fourth quarter of 2021-22 as compared to Rs 317 crore registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering a year-on-year growth of 49.1 per cent.
The company's revenue surged by 37.4 per cent to Rs 2,897.4 crore during the quarter under review.
"Our industry-leading growth through a year of rapid business and technology shifts demonstrates the relevance of our value proposition in reimagining businesses and driving digital transformation at scale," Debashis Chatterjee, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Mindtree, said in a statement.
"Our sequential revenue growth of 5.2 per cent in constant currency made this our fifth consecutive quarter of 5 per cent plus growth in constant currency. Our full-year revenue growth of 31.1 per cent validates our strategy to capitalise on rising demand by diversifying our services portfolio, mining customers, and broadening industry partnerships," Chatterjee said.
The company recorded EBITDA margin of 20.9 per cent and profit after tax (PAT) margin of 15.7 per cent. This is the highest in a decade.
Mindtree has declared full-year dividend of Rs 37 per share for fiscal 2021-22.
