The event was organized by Mr. Ajay Mani Tripathi, who led a team of 10 dedicated volunteers, including Pratyush Mani Tripathi, Santosh Sahani, Mandeep Kumar, Atish Mani Tripathi, Poonam Pandey, Manju Mishra, Meera Mishra, Yash Pandey, Ajay Mani Tripathi, and Rakesh Mishra.
