Haryana CM announces relief for MSME units

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 12: As artificial intelligence and advanced analytics reshape credit decisioning across India's lending ecosystem, financial institutions are now increasingly combining advanced analytics with organisational capability to deliver faster credit access and scalable growth.

Faridabad (Haryana) [India], March 11: On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, Faridabad organised a grand cyclothon to promote health awareness. Around 365 participants from Delhi-NCR enthusiastically joined the cycling event. Two events -- 21 km and 10 km cycling races were organised, and participants ranging from children to senior citizens actively took part in them.

New Delhi [India], March 10: Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, formerly known as Max Life Insurance Company Limited ("Axis Max Life"/ "Company") has entered into a strategic Corporate Agent partnership with Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited ("Saarathi Finance"), a next-generation greenfield non-banking financial company (NBFC) focused on bridging the credit gap for India's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

According to the press release by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, "This 31.42 km long project corridor will provide direct and high-speed connectivity from South Delhi, Faridabad and Gurugram to Jewar International Airport, thereby promoting economic growth and logistics efficiency across the National Capital Region (NCR)." The corridor intersects the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, and Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), which enables multimodal transport convergence.

Faridabad (Haryana) [India], March 10: A new franchise outlet of Barista Coffee Company has been inaugurated inside the premises of Yatharth Hospital, located in Sector 20, Faridabad. The cafe aims to improve food and beverage facilities for patients and visitors. It will allow visitors to access hygienic and quality food and beverage options without leaving the premises.

Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], March 10: Indian Foundation for Quality Management (IFQM), an industry-led, Section 8 not-for-profit movement building a Quality brand for India, announced that it will convene its MSME Symposium 2026 with the theme India Needs a Resurgent MSME Sector, on March 20, 2026 at Anna University, Guindy, Chennai. IFQM, led by its Governing Council consisting of industry captains, is committed to enabling Indian organisations to be globally competitive through quality, excellence and innovation initiatives. Artificial Intelligence (AI) could contribute between USD 135.6 billion and USD 149.9 billion to the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the manufacturing sector as early as 2035. This projection, according to a PwC report titled "Unlocking the AI Edge for MSMEs," remains contingent on these enterprises accounting for 50 per cent of the nation's manufacturing value added.

Speaking at the inauguration of Micron's semiconductor facility, PM Narendra Modi stated, "With 10 new semiconductor projects coming into production in India, the multiplier effect will reach the entire value chain of MSMEs, startups and electronic industries." Regarding India's standing in the international market, Modi noted, "The message has reached the world - India is capable, competitive and committed! I assure the global investors and India's partners that the Indian govt as well as state govts are with you..."

The event served as a collaborative platform to align policy, finance, and industry action toward building a resilient, sustainability-driven MSME ecosystem.
